A tried and proven process
Helping you to define and achieve goals that are meaningful to you are my utmost priority, and my tried and proven coaching process is focusses on just this.
The Brief: A conversation with the coachee or sponsor to ascertain the overriding objective of the coaching engagement.
The Fit: A conversation with the coachee to determine if there is any chemistry, and whether the coachee has the willingness and disposition to being coached.
The Contract: A contract outlining the role and responsibilities of the coach, coachee and other stakeholders is signed and the coaching begins.
