Jim's professional background is anything but conventional. Leaving school at the age of 15, he turned an opportunity in the media industry into a rewarding career that spanned 20-years; moving across borders, holding senior leadership roles, and steering organisations through significant growth and transformation.

It was this unconventional path that gave him something no qualification can: a grounded, real-world perspective on what leadership actually demands. It's what distinguishes everything he does.

Born in Perth, Western Australia, Jim has lived and worked in various countries and has called Singapore home for the past 30 years.
