I also believe that leadership doesn't happen by accident, and everyone has the potential to make a positive difference.

My professional background was in the media industry. It started at the age of 15 and spanned 20 years. During this time, I launched various highly successful multi-media platforms, managed multi-million dollar P&Ls and held numerous senior management roles.
I have since launched two companies and has accumulated a wealth of knowledge across a variety of industries.
Born in Perth, Western Australia, I have lived and worked in various countries around the world and have called Singapore home for 25 years.
